A fluted bud vase with a half yellowish, half dark brown tenmoku glazing.

Perfectly happy as a piece of decoration on it’s own, and also ideal for accommodating a single small flower or plant.

This vase is carefully handcrafted and brought to life in a traditional wood-fired anagama-kiln, undergoing several days of continuous firing. This method, in which intense live flames and flying ash are in direct contact with the ceramic works, results in each piece becoming truly one of a kind.
